this is a cool rendition of the late 90’s hit song by Aqua “Barbie Girl”, although the song made a big controversy and law suit with Mattel the creators of barbie despite being the top of the charts worldwide, and till today the song is still widely recognized.
and so the group Postmodern Jukebox decided to do a cover of the song; they have a very interesting take on popular music and this case a classic late 90’s hit song, check out the video below.

A scottish filmmaker behind the smash hit series of viral videos ‘Ryan Gosling Won’t Eat His Cereal’ has died of bone cancer aged 27, Ryan McHenry, who was from Dumfries and who moved to Edinburgh when he was 18, had been battling the disease since 2013.
He announced that he had won his cancer fight last July but sadly the disease returned. He died on Sunday, Ryan was famous for creating the world-famous internet meme that saw the movie star Gosling simply refuse to eat cereal.
Vine’s official account paid tribute to the filmmaker. It said: “Your creativity brightened many lives. Thank you. You’ll be missed.” and Ryan Goslig himself paid his own tribute:

so I attended this years Dubai Comic Con (MEFCC) and the experience was as fun as ever, the convention was as big as last years but it seems they increased the booths and so it was a bit more condensed and felt bigger than last year.
got to see the Awesome Batman movie Tumbler as well
some of things I’ve done include but not limited to:
playing Mortal Kombat X and Blood Borne. watching the guys at Nvidia build a PC on the spot. watching my friends play Pac-Man in real life (I didn’t participate coz I chickened out) taking a million pics of everything and especially all the cosplayers, spending time having conversations with the artists and participants, checking out the deals and prizes and contests the booths had, and getting free stuff from said booths which was fun.
at the LINE Arabia booth they were giving away stuff, and Sally the duck is the cutest thing ever
after 20+ hours on the floor and god knows how many steps taken, I had a blast attending this years ComicCon, sadly though I wasn’t interested in the celebrities this year and I didn’t do any cosplay myself, can’t wait to see next year and maybe I’ll do some celebrity signing and a bit of cosplaying.
here’s the official cosplay video from this year, Enjoy and maybe see you next year.
in using social media we all occaisionaly go to vent and express ourselves, or at least we all have this person that seems to vent a lot on their twitter or snapchat (etc), at first I thought this app/social network is cool and I tried it, they have a “feeling” attached to a post to express yourself better and then you can write the post itself.
and the cutest thing happened, they have buttons similar to (like) or (fav) except they are “Hug”, “LOL”, “OMG” and “WTF”.
then after I posted something, a random person Hug’d (that’s how they spell it) my post and then I got what this app is all about, its about sharing and caring for one another, and its a very personal and really adorable app.
check it out if you have something on your mind to say, get it if you need a hug or even if you wanna try and make some people feel better, it could make someones day just a tiny bit better.
